Shipping + Return Policy
SHIPPING
All orders will be sent from Mexico City, Mexico. Once your order has been dispatched, a DHL tracking number will be provided to you via email. Please make sure you enter the correct address, email address, and phone number at the checkout. Alysta cannot be held responsible for failed delivery attempts or any outside factors which may delay or prevent your parcel from reaching you. The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.
RETURNS
Please email before posting returns to arrange delivery. No returns possible on sale items or artwork. All other returns must be agreed within 10 days of delivery and will be subject to checks before a refund can be issued the same way the customer originally paid. The item must not be worn, washed or in any way altered or customised, and must be in the same condition as when it was received. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return postage back to Mexico City.
